Software > Embedded software
We are electronic engineers. Thereby we know what an input capacitance, a rise time, a hardware conflict is. When we developp an embedded software, we have one hand on the keyboard and the mouse and the other is holding an oscilloscope probe to verify the job is done correctly.

Microcontrollers
|
 |
 |
We are Microchip specialist. We have worked with almost every microcontroller Microchip has manufactured and we have a very good knowledge of all their develoment tools and third party compilers.

| MCS-51 Familly |
 |
Of course, every body knows about the 51 familly. Tasking, Keihl are development environement we have worked with.

Buses
|
| CAN bus |
 |
We have been working with the CAN bus since 1996, in the medical and automotive fields. We have developped a ISA and a PCI CAN bus communication board based on the Intel i82527. We wrote the device drivers for all the Microsoft operating systems. Our design is still in use by General Electric Medical Systems in their Stenoscop X-Ray imaging device.

USB is a long story for us.. It started in 1996 when we developped a IEEE-1284 to USB converter based on an Intel 80930 microcontroller. With this "type-I" USB controller, we had to work almost at the frame level. We then acquired a very deep knowledge of the underlying of the USB bus.
Lucent had the same idea... and developped an ASIC : USS-720 :-(.
This is where the story ended for us in the USB market.

With our affiliate company GDSystems, we are certified by Microsoft as Embedded Partner. www.mswep.com
We have a deep knowledge of the CEPC (x86) hardware platform.
Have a look at the Artemi website www.artemi.com and see what we did with Windows CE on the Xpresso medical device.
